Lava Flow began as my personal journey—a collection of memories, inspirations, and a passion for creating. Growing up, my grandmother’s words shaped me: “I’m not going to buy that—I can make it.” She would head to her sewing machine, effortlessly bringing her ideas to life. Her creativity was a spark, and it didn’t take long before I found myself doing the same, sewing and crafting by hand, working to master this skill that has come to feel like second nature.

When friends ask about my approach, I always say, “simplicity.” True simplicity is anything but simple—it’s about making something complex look effortless, refining it until it flows. That’s the heart of Lava Flow. Every piece we make is designed to blend form and function, versatility and style, in a way that becomes uniquely yours as you hold it, wear it, live with it. Like my name, Ugnė—meaning “fire” in Lithuanian—Lava Flow is fueled by an uncontainable passion to create and share something genuine, something that connects with people.
