Shipping & Delivery
Hertwill brands ship every order from local warehouses in the EU, the UK and the US, so your customers get fast local delivery. The price ranges on this page give you a quick overview — the exact shipping price for every product is always shown on the product page and on the brand's page.
Processing and delivery times
Most orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day. You can track every order on the Orders page of your Hertwill account.
- European Union — 3–8 business days from European warehouses
- United Kingdom — 4–10 business days from EU and UK warehouses
- United States — 3–8 business days from US warehouses
Depending on the destination and warehouse, orders are delivered by logistics partners such as DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord and Posti.
A small number of products are made to order and take longer to dispatch. This is always noted on the brand's page — see for example Aipi and Stella Soomlais.
Standard parcel shipping rates in the EU
The ranges below apply to standard-size parcels and vary by brand and warehouse location. The exact price for each product and destination is shown on the product page.
Large & bulky items
Furniture and other oversized products — beds, mattresses, play sofas, large toys — ship by courier at higher rates, typically 15–120 € depending on size and destination, and are often charged per item rather than per parcel. Always check the brand's page for detailed shipping information.
Shipping to the US and the UK
United States
Selected brands ship to the US from US-based warehouses — most orders are delivered in 3–8 business days. More brands and suppliers are coming soon. Browse products that ship to the US.
United Kingdom
Shipping to the UK is available for most products — most orders are delivered in 4–10 business days. Please note that for shipments from the EU with a goods value over £135, the customer may need to pay import VAT and customs duties upon delivery.
Good to know
- In the EU, some countries are delivered door-to-door by courier while others default to pick-up points — if there is no pick-up point within 5 km of the customer's address, the order is delivered to the customer's door. Large items are always delivered door-to-door. In the US and the UK, all orders are delivered door-to-door.
- Shipping prices are charged in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is 0% for merchants outside the EU; merchants inside the EU need a valid EU VAT number.
- Deliveries to islands and remote areas can carry an additional fee — always charged at cost, with no markup.
- Unusually large orders (for example 25 backpacks in a single order) may carry additional shipping charges — we always let you know in advance.
- Shipping availability to Cyprus and Malta varies brand by brand.
- When a customer orders from several brands, each brand ships its items separately with its own shipping charge. Around 95% of orders contain products from a single brand, and consolidated shipping is on our roadmap.
- Tracking numbers sync automatically to your Shopify or WooCommerce orders.
