You choose which products to offer and set your wholesale prices. Share your existing product information with us, and we handle the catalogue setup and translations into 20+ languages. You can start with a selected range and expand later. We introduce your brand to our retailer network, including through our newsletter reaching 10,000+ online retailers across the EU, UK and US. When a store wants to sell your products, you receive a request and can approve or decline. Approved stores can add your products in a few clicks and start selling. Orders flow through Hertwill to you for fulfillment. You ship directly to the online store’s customer, using either Hertwill’s shipping labels or your existing shipping provider. Hertwill pays for shipping. You invoice Hertwill, so you don’t need to onboard, integrate with, invoice or support each retailer separately.

Hertwill works with brands and suppliers based in the EU, UK and US. We have partner stores across Europe, the US and the UK, with particularly strong markets in Germany, the UK, Benelux and Scandinavia. The countries where your products can be sold depend on your warehouse location, shipping setup and distribution requirements.

Our retailers are typically independent online stores with a clear specialty, such as children’s products, footwear, apparel, sustainable products or design stores. These stores select products that fit their customers and sell them through their own websites. You can review each store requesting to sell your brand before deciding whether to approve it.

Yes, completely. When a store wants to sell your brand, you receive an email notification and can approve or decline the request. If you decline, the store cannot sell your products through Hertwill. Once approved, the retailer can add your products to its online store in a few clicks. You also choose which products to make available and can specify country or marketplace restrictions during onboarding.

Yes. Hertwill is an additional sales channel that can work alongside your existing wholesale relationships. Let us know about exclusive distributors, restricted markets or other distribution requirements during onboarding. We agree on the setup with you, and you remain in control of which new retailers you approve. Many of our partner brands also direct incoming retailer enquiries to Hertwill to make onboarding easier.

Your products stay in your warehouse, and you ship orders directly to the online store’s customers. There are two options: 1. Hertwill shipping We provide prepaid shipping labels. You pack the orders, and the courier collects them at the agreed time, or you drop them off at a parcel locker. 2. Your existing shipping provider You ship through your normal carrier setup and invoice Hertwill for the agreed shipping costs. Hertwill pays for shipping in both cases. We agree on the shipping setup before your products go live.

Send us an export from your existing system or a simple spreadsheet. To get started, we need the product name, SKU, product link and wholesale price. Usually whatever export you can do from your own online store or ERP works for us. We handle product listing, translations into 20+ languages and placement in the Hertwill catalogue. You don’t need to prepare a separate catalogue specifically for us. You choose the initial product range. Bestsellers you regularly keep in stock are usually the best starting point.

We choose the approach that works best for your setup: 1. Stock feed or API We update availability using stock information from your existing system. 2. Start with regularly stocked products We can begin with products you usually have available. You let us know when availability changes, and we update the listings. 3. Supplier portal You can manage stock manually, including marking products out of stock. You can start simply and add automatic stock sync as order volumes grow.

You invoice Hertwill, and we pay you. You don’t need to invoice individual retailers or chase them for payment. Invoicing can happen after each order or periodically, such as weekly or monthly. We agree on the invoicing schedule and payment terms during onboarding. If you use your own shipping provider, your invoice also includes the agreed shipping costs.

Hertwill handles retailer questions about the platform, integrations, orders and delivery. We also coordinate returns and collect information about product issues, so you don’t have to manage each retailer separately. We agree on your return policy during onboarding. Your team remains responsible for product quality and any product-specific warranty, repair or replacement decisions.

You can cancel with 30 days’ notice. That said, almost no brands leave Hertwill. More than 95% of the brands that have joined are still with us, and no children’s brand has ever left. The reason is simple: we bring sales. The setup is straightforward, there is no sales commission for brands, and once your products are listed, Hertwill can keep bringing additional sales without you having to manage individual retailer relationships.

The channel may not generate enough sales to make it worthwhile for your brand. In that case, you will have spent some time on setup and paid subscription fees for the months you participated.
