Stella Soomlais crafts durable, stylish leather bags and accessories, all designed and handmade in Estonia. Led by award-winning designer Stella Runnel, the brand follows the principles of circular design and zero-waste production. Stella has been nominated for numerous awards, including the Estonian Design Act of the Year, the BRUNO Product Design Award, the SÄSI Young Designer Award, Environmentally Friendly Company of the Year and the Golden Needle Chamber Award. The brand’s commitment to sustainability also earned it Gold Level in the Estonian Responsible Business Index in 2020 and 2022. Most Stella Soomlais items are handmade to order in their studio and take 2–4 weeks to produce.
