Firstly, please contact us via the application form above or sending an email to email to annamari@hertwill.com.
We usually source product details directly from your website, requiring only wholesale prices from you. If you’re using WooCommerce or Shopify as your online store, exporting a CSV of your product selection would be ideal. Be ready to provide the following information:
- Product selection with SKUs
- Wholesale prices
- CSV export with the products if available
You will receive further instructions for product stock sync, shipping, payments, etc.
Hertwill is free for brands.
Once the order has been placed, we will send you all the needed details about the order. All you have to do is to pack the ordered goods and print off pre-paid shipping labels.
The overall shipping time depends on the brand, most of the time brands either have products in stock or products are made-to-order. We do add estimated shipping time to all products which are provided by you. The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.
Handling returns is our responsibility. Products are sent back directly to you, and we anticipate a credit invoice from you upon receipt.
The customer can return the ordered goods only if:
- The product is returned within 30 days of the original order date.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and retains all original labels.
- The product is not personalized.

Payments are processed after each sale, based on the invoice you provide. You can choose from a weekly, monthly, or any other invoicing frequency.
