Hertwill is a platform that connects high quality brands with online stores around the world. It is a curated catalog where online retailers can find quality products and add them to their store in a few clicks. Currently, more than 150 brands and suppliers have joined Hertwill, and over 1,800 online stores sell these brands.

The brand shares product information with Hertwill, including images, product descriptions, wholesale prices, and product codes. Hertwill then adds these products to its catalog and translates the product descriptions into 11 languages. Products should ideally come from the brand's permanent collection rather than a temporary collection. If needed, stock levels can also be synced from the brand's stock feed. Hertwill adds the products to its B2B catalog at hertwill.com and promotes them in its newsletter to 20,000+ online retailers, on social media, and through ads targeted at retailers. When an online store wants to sell the brand's products, the brand receives an email notification and simply replies yes or no. This means the brand has 100% control over who can sell its products. If the brand approves a store, that store can add the products to its online store in a few clicks and start selling. If there are requirements for resellers, such as a minimum retail price or no discounts allowed, these can also be communicated to stores. Every morning, the brand receives an email with all orders from the previous day from all retailers, together with prepaid shipping labels. The brand packs the orders, and the courier picks them up at the agreed time, or the brand can ship via parcel lockers. In these cases, shipping is paid by Hertwill. If the supplier prefers, they can also ship using their own shipping method and invoice Hertwill for the shipping cost. The packages go directly to the end customer of the online store. The brand invoices Hertwill. Billing happens according to the brand's preference, either after each order or periodically, for example weekly or monthly.

We work with EU, UK, and US brands selling physical products, including apparel, footwear, kids' items, home and garden, beauty, jewellery, bags, and more. We focus on high quality brands and manufacturers. The idea is to give online retailers a high quality alternative to generic overseas products.

Hertwill is currently available for brands and suppliers based in the EU, UK, and US. More markets are planned later this year.

Yes, completely. Every time a store wants to sell your brand, you get an email notification and can approve or decline the request. If you do not approve a store, they cannot sell your products. If you approve them, the store can import your products into its online store in a few clicks and start selling. This makes the process hassle free for suppliers.

There are 2 ways to handle shipping, depending on what works best for you: 1. Hertwill shipping labels You receive daily order emails with prepaid shipping labels. You pack the orders, and the courier picks them up at the agreed time, or you can drop the parcels off at a parcel locker. Hertwill pays for shipping. 2. Your own shipping method You receive daily order emails with shipping addresses, ship the orders yourself, and invoice Hertwill for the shipping cost.

After you sign up, you share product information with us, including images, descriptions, wholesale prices, and product codes. We handle product listing, translation into 11 languages, and placement in the Hertwill catalog.

There are 2 possible solutions: 1. Stock feed sync You provide a stock feed, and we update stock levels in Hertwill according to your product feed. This is usually easy to set up, especially if your store is on Shopify or WooCommerce. 2. Permanent stock products only We list only products that you usually keep permanently in stock, so stock updates are not necessary. If something changes, you can let us know and we will update it.

You invoice Hertwill and we pay you. You choose the billing cadence: per order, weekly, or monthly, whatever fits your workflow best.

You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. That said, almost no brands leave Hertwill. The setup is straightforward, there is no commission on sales for brands, and once products are listed, Hertwill can keep bringing additional sales without much ongoing work from your side.

The best thing that can happen is that Hertwill becomes a meaningful new sales channel for your brand. You get international sales without having to build and manage retailer relationships market by market. Your products get in front of 1,800+ online stores, your brand gains visibility across multiple export markets, and that visibility can later help you grow your own sales channels there. The top brands on Hertwill have generated over €1M in sales through the platform, and most brands on Hertwill generate solid sales through it.

The downside is limited. If it turns out not to be a fit, you may have spent a few months of subscription fees and a bit of time on setup. There is no sales commission for brands, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
