By default, we send packages to pick-up points and parcel lockers since they’re customer favorites and a more cost-effective option. The prices you see are based on these preferred methods. In areas where pick-up points aren’t available, or if the items are too large for pick-up points, we use door-to-door delivery instead.
The shipping and fulfillment cost for furniture items from brands MeowBaby, Montessori House Bed and Ewart Woods is 16.99€. For beds from Adensen, the cost ranges from 25€ to 60€, while Monboxy activity mattresses have delivery costs ranging from 24.99€ to 49.99€, depending on the location.
Most orders are delivered by DPD and their local partners. New delivery options and partners will be available soon. Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT +3) head out the next business day, except for certain made-to-order items.
Delivery Times and Shipping Costs to US & UK
We now offer dropshipping to the United States and the United Kingdom for selected categories and brands. Orders typically arrive in the US within 1-2 weeks; however, please allow up to 4 weeks in some cases, as all items are shipped from Europe. We will soon introduce shipping from US warehouses and express shipping options. Deliveries to the UK usually take 3-10 workdays, although some made-to-order items may take longer. Please note that orders may be subject to customs duties, which are not covered by Hertwill. Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT +3) head out the next business day, except for certain made-to-order items.

What is the return policy?
We happily accept returns, and customers can return their items directly to us. However, please note that we can only accept a return if:
- The product is returned within 30 days of the original order date.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and retains all original labels.
- The product is not personalized.
We take pride in the high quality of our products, which results in much fewer returns than typical dropshipping goods. For instance, our bags only have a return rate of about 1%.
We are currently developing a dedicated returns portal for enhanced convenience. In the meantime, should you need to return an item, please contact us via email at hello@hertwill.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. What is the process for fulfilling orders with products from multiple brands?
At Hertwill, we value our diverse range of brands and products. However, please note that if your customer’s order consists of items from different brands, we handle these as separate orders for shipment. As a result, shipping charges will be applied for each distinct order.
For example:
1. If your customer orders three pairs of TOKU slippers, these will be dispatched as a single order. Accordingly, you will be charged for the shipping cost of one order.
2. However, if a customer orders one pair of TOKU slippers and one Nordhale laptop bag, they will be treated as separate orders. You will be charged separately for the shipping of each order.
We understand the convenience of receiving all items in a single package for your customers. Rest assured, we are actively working on a solution to streamline this process and aim to offer consolidated shipping in the near future. About 90% of orders are made for a single brand; multibrand orders happen rarely.
