THERMOCOT™ carrycot
The new-generation thermal carrycot uses advanced polyethylene for a lightweight, durable and strong structure. It provides thermal insulation, protects against moisture and helps maintain a comfortable microclimate throughout the seasons. Tutis describes the material as similar to that used in safety helmets.
The THERMOCOT™ body illustrated by Tutis weighs 0.3 kg; the complete carrycot weighs 3 kg. Tutis states that the material can withstand up to 104 kg of weight and an impact from 26 kg dropped from 0.5 m, and has 66.9 times better thermal resistance than a plastic carrycot. These are the supplier's material-resistance figures, not a permitted child-weight limit. Its thermoregulation helps block cold, wind and heat currents, while resistance to moisture settling helps prevent mould growth.

Adaptive suspension and ALL-ROAD™ wheels
The Independent Absorption System combines independent rear-wheel suspension with front-fork shock absorption. Each rear wheel responds to the terrain independently and in real time, absorbing shocks and micro-vibrations from city streets, kerbs, gravel roads and uneven paths. Tutis contrasts this with conventional systems in which the whole chassis absorbs a shock together. The dual system is designed for comfort, stability and a smooth, safe ride.
