How to use
Use a small amount in an aroma diffuser, or dilute in a carrier oil before massage. Peppermint oil has a strong cooling effect, so start with a small amount. Do not apply undiluted. Use with extreme caution during pregnancy or with small children. Keep out of children’s reach. Before use, make sure you are not allergic to the ingredient.
