US deliveries paused due to tariffs and customs chaos
We’ve paused all deliveries to the US. Almost all logistics partners — DHL, Omniva, PostNord, and others — are stopping shipments or adding extreme fees. New tariffs and the end of the de minimis exemption (duty-free imports under $800) start August 29, and even US customs isn’t ready for the change.
Parcels risk being delayed for weeks, so shipping to the US is on hold for now.
What we’re doing:
- Adding more US-based brands so you can still sell to US customers
- Keeping Lizush available — our only US-shippable brand at the moment
- Helping stores focus on the EU: 450M consumers, lower competition, strong growth potential
We’ll reopen US deliveries as soon as there’s a stable process.
