This Magnesium gift set contains Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride sourced from a pure natural spring one mile deep in Northern Holland. The fastest and most effective way to relieve magnesium deficiency is through the skin, such as by soaking in foot baths with added magnesium chloride flakes.
