The ERGO PETAB (translates: ERGO LIES) natural leather waist bag is designed and produced in Estonia, inspired by the legendary ERGO PETAB street art in Tartu, Estonia. Probably every resident of Tartu has noticed the large printed letters on the walls of some buildings with the enigmatic message “ERGO PETAB.” Now, this very message is also featured on the waist bag. The ERGO PETAB waist bag is the first product of the fresh Estonian street brand Jeekim.
The waist bag has a larger main pocket that closes with a zipper and a smaller front pocket that also closes with a zipper. Additionally, there’s a larger zippered compartment on the back of the bag. The waist bag’s strap is adjustable for circumferences of 82-113 cm. The waist bag is crafted in the Estonian leather workshop Kolm, which has been producing bags, wallets, and other leather goods since 1994. The leather craftsmen at Kolm have created products for several well-known Estonian brands, including Craftory and Stella Soomlais.

Only natural plant extracts, fats, and oils have been used in tanning the leather, giving the leather a natural and clean appearance. Items made from vegetable-tanned leather age and mold to the owner’s habits, recording life on their surface, which means that every briefcase will ultimately have a unique appearance. But most importantly, items made from vegetable-tanned leather last and serve you for a long time – it is possible that if you have this briefcase, you will not need to buy another briefcase in your lifetime. Just in case, we should mention that vegetable-tanned leather is genuine, authentic leather.
The briefcase has a large laptop compartment (capacity 28 x 26 x 2 cm) and a smaller pocket that fits a larger notebook or iPad (capacity 22 x 22 x 2cm).
